Abstract

|
The serum cholesterol in 81 young Korean who had been receiving the low fat diet was determined by Zack method and found average serum total cholesterol value was 118.5±9.29 mg%, free cholesterol 38.7±9.59 mg%, and esterified cholesterol 82.3±20.0 mg%.
